How to Purchase Stock
As a public company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (StrackaLine PLC, Symbol: STKA, ISIN: GB00B6687N14, SEDOL: B6687N1), we are considered REGISTERED STOCK (and not "BEARER STOCK).

We recommend that our investor's open a Global E-Trade Account which is absolutely free of charge to set-up and will be an efficient way to distribute your stock shares.

Please follow the step-by-step instructions for setting up a Global E-Trade Account and e-mail me just your Account Number afterwards. Your StrackaLine PLC Software Stock Shares (XLS) can then be deposited into your account.

  1. Go to www.etrade.com
  2. Then click on *OPEN AN ACCOUNT
  3. Next click on ALL ACCOUNTS tab
  4. Go to GLOBAL TRADING and click on Apply (you will see a 3 STEP GUIDE)
  5. Click on GET STARTED button.

    • Checking "Cash Account" (and not "Margin Account") and
    • Checking "E*TRADE Financial Extended Insurance Sweep Deposit Account"
    and under "SELECT YOUR CASH MANAGEMENT FEATURES", (to give you best liquidity options):

    • * FREE Check Writing Yes
  6. You will finally receive an E-Trade Account Number.
  7. Now finally you must activate Your Global Trading Account
You have successfully opened an E*TRADE Complete Account and may now activate your account for Global Trading. Activating your account for Global Trading is easy:
  1. Log on to your account at www.etrade.com
  2. Under the Trading & Portfolios tab, click Global Trading
  3. Click on Open a Global Trading Account located above the right side bar
  4. Click on Activate My Global Trading Account and complete the online form on the following page.
